This project was Harry's first ever foray into branded apparel and it required building an entire brand extension world from scratch, across categories that had nothing to do with razors.
Conceived as a "start your morning" campaign pairing Harry's with Matte Black Coffee in Los Angeles, the collaboration called for a single cohesive design language that could live simultaneously on a gift box set, coffee packaging, apparel, and accessories without feeling like a merch afterthought. I led all graphic design and production, developing every element from the ground up: a custom mammoth mascot character, hand-drawn typography, a street map graphic rooted in the Matte Black LA location, and a dot pattern label system that carried consistently across tees, long sleeves, hats, mugs, and the branded coffee packaging itself.
The creative challenge wasn't making any one piece look good it was building a visual identity system tight enough that a hat, a razor gift box, and a bag of coffee all felt like they came from the same world. The limited edition gift box sets sold out, consistent with the demand Matte Black drops typically generate, and the collaboration was covered by Cool Material, and Harry's own LinkedIn and email channels, significant visibility for what was positioned as a lifestyle campaign rather than a product launch.
